This sounds like fun! Leave it to hosts Cari and Ron Zytkovicz to come up with this unique event. Whirly Ball!
What the heck is Whirly Ball? Well, imagine a combination of polo, basketball, lacrosse and a bit of hockey. Then add herding cats. That's Whirly Ball. Simply, Whirly Ball is a team sport played in bumper cars with scoops and a wiffle ball. The object is to scoop the ball into the goal. Check it out here.
We can have up to 10 players on the court at a time. Games are timed and we will have a referee to tally scores as we go. Players will rotate in and out after each game. In between games you can grab a drink or a bite to eat. Games are timed and we will have a referee to tally score as we go.
There is a height requirement, but anyone 54 inches or taller can play. You may get jostled around, so if you are pregnant or have a heart or back condition, we advise sitting this one out and cheering on your friends from the sidelines.
Whether you’re super competitive and come up with a game plan or just wing it, you're sure to have a great time!
We have the court reserved from 6-7pm. Please arrive at 5pm so that we can get game rosters set up and be ready to play our first game promptly at 6pm. The Whirly Ball facility is conveniently located in Bloomington, just southeast of the Mall of America. You can get directions here.

The cost for this event is $12.00 (payable upon registration) plus your food and drink tab (payable at the venue). You can register up to April 10th. To register click on the Register button in the left margin. Due to the nature of the event, registrations are final. They are however transferable.
