The Covid 19 pandemic has made us rethink rethink Kick-Off for this year. With a few changes we believe that we can have a safe, yet fun event.
We found a large affordable venue at the Rosetown American Legion in Roseville. (Directions) The Legion has capacity for over 200 guests which will allow plenty of room for us to practice social distancing, especially in light of the fact that we will be limiting attendance to 50 prepaid people. Our late afternoon start will allow you to take advantage of the sun if you choose, on the adjoining patio.
In order to avoid the typical mass gathering at the check in table, all attendees must be preregistered and prepaid for the event and be current with their 2020 / 2021 dues. You can take care of everything on line right here. Renew membership here.
For further protection, masks will be required whenever you are inside and not eating or drinking. Tables will be limited to 4.
The cost this year is $15.00 per person. The deadline for registration is Friday October 9th so don't delay. To make things fun, there will be a drawing for $50 in cash amongst those members who have prepaid their dues by September 30th. You will not have to be present at Kick-Off to win.
