Breckenridge has something for everyone. Ski magazine "almost" nailed it when it says that "Breck" has an endless variety of skiing, from well groomed greens to epic, above tree line slopes. What did Ski magazine miss? Well, how about the town of Breckenridge. In addition to the world class skiing, The town of Breckenridge adds Art, Restaurants, Shopping, Entertainment and more. Lodging
We will be staying at the Village at Breckenridge which is located on the plaza adjacent to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. We will have two bedroom condos that are equipped with full kitchens, a fireplace, balcony and WIFI. Other amenities include ski lockers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs a sauna and fitness center. Historic downtown, with its restaurants, shopping and nightlife is just a block away. as is shuttle service. Preview the Village.
Trip Pricing*
A minimum deposit of $300 will reserve your spot
- $1,107 "Early Bird Special" if deposit is received by October 10th
- $1,157 if deposit is received between October 11th and November 15th
- $1,217 if deposit is received after November 15th
- $ 777 "Early Bird" Land Only option if deposit is received by Oct. 10th

Use your Epic Pass and Credits
Breckenridge Resort is part Vail family of resorts so those of you that have Epic Pass credits from 2019/20 can put them to use. You can convert your credits to an Epic Pass directly from the Epic Pass web site. While you are on the site, check out the Epic Coverage. Act soon as the credits expire on September 17, 2020.
Group Lift Tickets
Normally, we offer discounted, group lift tickets on our trips. However, this year is different. In order to ensure adequate spacing while on the mountain, Vail Resorts has implemented a new pass holder reservation system which does not allow for group lift tickets. You will now have to obtain your own lift tickets direct from Vail Resorts at Epic Pass. There are many options. You can choose from a multi-day pass to cover just the days you will be skiing at Breck or up to a full season pass covering all of the Vail properties.
When buying your EPIC pass, you will need to make what Vail is calling Priority Reservations. The reservation will guarantee your ability to ski during the week that you will be at Breck. You are allowed one Priority Reservation for each day of your pass (up to 7 days).
In addition to Priority Reservation there are other benefits to purchasing a pass.

Cost: As of September 18th, 2020, the Epic Day passes are still a better deal than the group rates that we were originally offered. You can save up to $81 over the group rates (4-day pass) that were initially offered. Prices will go up as we get closer to the opening day, so act now for the best pricing.

Ski at Afton Alps: Your pass will include an equal number of days that you can ski at Afton Alps. Last year Afton Alps was charging $65 to ski on a weekend.

EPIC Mountain Rewards: Save on concessions. Pass holders receive a 20% discount on concessions and certain other services purchased at Vail resorts.

Free Protection: You pass is protected by free Epic Coverage in the event that resort closure or other covered event. Check out the Epic Pass web site for more detail.

COVID-19
Concerned about COVID-19? So are we. We have made every effort to minimize financial risk. We chose a Vail property so that those with Epic Pass credits would have an opportunity to use them. The free Epic Coverage will protect your pass. Vail Resorts have also instituted new policies to help keep guests safe. You can read all about the policy in a letter from Vail CEO Rob Katz Operations Letter. and at the Epic Pass web site. Also, Delta Airlines was chosen due to their more favorable cancellation policy.
We also found trip insurance. Travel Protectors has a plan that they call "Cancel For Any Reason" that will cover corona virus shutdowns. You may purchase the plan on your own by contacting Myra at: myra@travelprotectors.com. The per person rate for our trip costing $1,107 with CFAR coverage would be $168. Myra would be the contact for any questions. You may also purchase own insurance.
